Being cat lovers imagining the self-indulgence of living in a cottage with a pleasant garden surrounded by beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees, our dream began over a decade ago at a small cottage in a national park environment.  At the first house warming party after basic renovations with a lean budget, our friends were invited to name the place.  A clever friend combined cats and cottage together to create a loverly name "Cattage".  That gave a life of this deceased property of which the garden needed some care to restore its pleasant setting.

Edmond’s art journey commenced at The Cattage in order to overcome emotional and mental trauma by rediscovering calm and peace, and expressing emotions through the process of sketching and watercolour painting. Ann enjoys healing via acrylic painting and creations by cooking.
